Take 60 grams of chopped butter,1/4 cup of red wine,2 cups of Massel beef stock, 2 finely chopped eschalots and 2 teaspoons of cracked black pepper

Over a medium frying pan placed over medium heat, melt half the butter until it foams. Add the eschalots.Keep stirring and cook for about 5 minutes until the eschalots have softened. Add the red wine and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook the sauce for about 2 to 3 minutes or until it is almost evaporated. Add the stock and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium-low. Stirring occasionally, simmer for about 10 minutes. The stock must be reduced to half and slightly thickened. Whisk in the remaining butter until it melts and the sauce has slightly thickened. You can serve the sauce with steak.

How To Make Black Pepper kadha for Immune Boosting 

Take 1 tbsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp cloves, 1 stick cinnamon, 5-6 tbsp small sliced ginger , 1 tbsp munakka, 5-6 Tulsi leaves, 1 Black or 2 green cardamom, 1/2 cup small sliced raw turmeric

Boil  all the ingredients in 4 cups of water until the water reduced to half. Put 1 tsp honey in a cup and strain the kadha. Sip when warm.

2)Pregnancy And Breastfeeding

In pregnant women, higher doses of black pepper can lead to miscarriage. During breastfeeding, the consequences of intake of excess pepper are not clearly known but some allergies to breast feeding mothers is found. So stay safe and limit consumption to normal doses. Pregnant or lactating women and anyone with gastrointestinal or fertility issues must stay away from black pepper since it doesn’t get metabolized while in the bloodstream.
