Cumin Water / Tea by Boiling the Cumin Seeds
- Take 1 teaspoon cumin seeds in a vessel.
- Add 1 cup of drinking water to it.
- Heat the vessel for about 5-6 seconds over low flame.
- After boiling , keep aside it for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Strain the cumin water and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Add half a teaspoon honey in it , to enhance the taste.
Cumin Water by Soaking the Cumin Seeds
- Take a teaspoon of cumin to a glass of drinking water.
- Leave the seeds overnight to soak.
- The next morning, discard the seeds and drink the water on an empty stomach.
